Haugen Hall Apartments are located on Water Street at 211 E. Water Street, Decorah.

Haugen Hall was originally built as a car garage that occupied the basement and first floor, and the second floor was a dance hall. Now on the historic register, Laurie has spent the last 5 years doing essential repairs to the building to keep the structure standing. After completing this task, she then divided the upstairs into four apartments. Units 1-3 are one bed/one bath units. Unit 4 is a 2 bed/2 bath. Construction will be completed by the end of 2025.

In all units electrical is included in rent.
